CIMB Clicks Internet Banking

This payment mode is only available for CIMB Current Account and Savings Account holders. For payment made before 12am, your credit card account will be credited on the following day. To apply for CIMB Clicks, simply download the application form here, fill it up and send it back to us.

Cash Payment Over The Counter

Enjoy the convenience of making payment at the nearest CIMB Bank branch, with payment being credited at end of the day. Click here to view our branch locations.

Interbank GIRO

 

Payment will be debited from your designated bank account 2 business days prior to the payment due date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. You can download the form here.

AXS Stations

 

Payments can be made via participating banks’ ATM Cards at any one of the AXS Stations islandwide. For payment made before 5pm, your account will be credited on the next working day.

Other Ways To Pay

Auto Debit From CIMB Current Or Savings Account

  • Payments will be automatically deducted on the Payment Due Date from your designated CIMB current or savings account as indicated in your Auto Debit Authorisation Form.

    While awaiting approval, please continue with your current mode of payment for your CIMB credit card. Once your auto-debit has been effected, a reminder message will be printed in all your future credit card statements to inform you that payment will be automatically deducted on the payment due date.

Cheque Payment Over The Counter Or By Mail

  • Make payment personally at the nearest CIMB Bank branch (post-dated cheques will not be accepted.) Payment will only be credited upon receipt of proceeds (when the cheque clears).
  • Alternatively, cross your cheque and make it payable to "CIMB Bank Berhad - Credit Cards". Just write your name, card account numbers, telephone number and indicate the payment amount for each card account on the reverse of the cheque and mail to:

    You may also enclose your cheque (do not send post-dated cheques) together with the payment slip in your statement business reply envelope. Please allow 3 working days for mailing. Please note that cheques will not be processed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday; and that payment will only be credited upon receipt of proceeds (when the cheque clears).
