We wish to inform all Mortgage Loans customers that with immediate effect, our 3-month Swap Offer Rate ("SOR") will be fixed at 0% in the event that SOR is negative. Please call your Personal Banker or CIMB At-Your-Service (65) 6333 7777 should you need clarifications on this matter.
