Applicable to Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
Minimum age 21 years old and above.
For Singaporean & Singapore PR: Minimum annual income of S$120,000.

Income Documents Required

For self employed, commissioned or variable earners: Last 2 years income tax notice and latest 3 months bank statements.

Other Requirements (for applicants without Singpass)

A copy of Principal Card Applicant's NRIC (front & back) and/or Supplementary Card Applicant's NRIC (front & back) or valid passport (for foreigner).
