CIMB At-Your-Service Banking Hotline
Operational hours will be amended from 9.00am - 7.00pm, of which you may also experience a longer waiting time than usual.

CIMB Credit Cards Customer Service Hotline

Our hotline will still be offering full services from 8.00am - 7.00pm. However, from 7.00pm - 8.00am daily, only the following services will be available:
- Reporting of lost/stolen cards
- Reporting of fraudulent transactions or transaction disputes

During this period, we would like to encourage you to use CIMB Clicks Internet Banking for your banking needs. We apologise for any inconveniences caused.
