• Step-by-Step Guide On How To Access Your Credit Card E-Statements

A. SET UP CIMB CLICKS INTERNET BANKING

Please proceed to Section B if you have your CIMB Clicks Internet Banking User ID & Password.

STEP 1

SMS Y<space>Last 4 digits of Principal Cardmember's NRIC to 72008 using the mobile number registered with CIMB Bank, to request for your CIMB Clicks Internet Banking activation code. The activation code will be sent to your mobile number within 5 working days.

STEP 2

Upon receiving SMS on your CIMB Clicks Internet Banking activation code, proceed to perform your First-Time Login and set up your CIMB Clicks account via www.cimbclicks.com.sg.

 

B. SET UP FOR CREDIT CARDS E-STATEMENT

STEP 1

Log in to www.cimbclicks.com.sg and link your Principal Credit Card No. to CIMB Clicks Internet Banking:

  • On the left menu, go to Clicks Settings > Link my CIMB Credit Card

  • Enter the 16-digit number stated on any of your Principal CIMB Credit Cards and click 'Submit'

 

Note: If you have more than 1 principal credit card with CIMB Bank, you only need to link 1 credit card in order to view transactions of all your CIMB Credit Cards.

 

STEP 2

To sign up and receive notification for your e-statements:

  • On the left menu, go to E-Statements > Credit Cards View Statement Setting

  • Select 'Sign up for E-statements', enter your preferred email address and click 'Submit' (You will be notified by email when your monthly credit card e-statement is ready for viewing.)


To access your e-statements:

  • On the left menu, go to E-Statements > Credit Cards View Online Statement
